Clarcona Crossing – Marketing Mailer

In order to promote a commercial property with vacancies, Jay Management Group needed a marketing piece to capture their target audience in the community surrounding the Clarcona Crossings property. They decided to create a mailer that listed all of the specifications and highlights of the property for potential new business. The mailer also needed to include a clear map to provide directions to the property, which had to be drawn using Adobe Illustrator.
